Cage Warriors announces Colchester double-header as summer schedule confirmed
Cage Warriors is all set to bring a host of events to our screens this summer, with a double-header of shows set to kick off their summer schedule.
Cage Warriors will head to Colchester, Essex to bolster the promotion’s packed schedule as the London-based organisation looks to stack the deck ahead of a packed summer of fights.
Cage Warriors 137 and Cage Warriors 138 will take place on Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28, respectively, with Colchester's Charter Hall set to play host to both events.
Cage Warriors 137 will be staged as an "Unplugged" event, with a reduced capacity crowd featuring competition winners and invited guests, while Cage Warriors 138 will be a full show with tickets on public sale. Pre-sale for that event will commence on Monday, April 25, with fans able to register via the Cage Warriors Instagram page.
"After an incredible start to the year that included sold-out events in San Diego, London and Manchester, we're delighted to be gearing up for what has the makings of a thrilling weekend in Colchester," said Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan.
"Given the calibre of the fighters that we have now assembled on our roster, Cage Warriors fans will have two cards full of very intriguing match-ups to look forward to."
The promotion's double-header in Essex will then be followed by a trip across the pond for Cage Warriors 138 in San Diego, California on Friday, June 10.
The action then returns to the United Kingdom, with Cage Warriors 140 in Belfast on Saturday, June 25, and Cage Warriors 141 in London on Friday, June 22.
